45-minute Sample Session

I offer a 45-minute sample session where I will assess your basic energy systems, answer your questions, and do a 20-minute energy balancing protocol.

It’s a great way to get started if you’re new to energy medicine and want to understand what a session entails.

1.5-Hour Standard Session

During this energy balancing session, I will assess your energy systems based on your intake, health concerns, and goals. Using energy testing, I will identify imbalances and work with one or more of the eight energy systems to restore harmony.

You’ll receive personalized exercises to reinforce the work we do, helping you maintain balance beyond the session.

MOST COMMON

2.5-Hour Deep Session

This in-depth energy-balancing session is designed for those needing deeper work due to chronic imbalances, long-standing stress, or complex health concerns. Using energy testing, I will identify imbalances and spend extended time addressing deeper energetic patterns that require more focused attention, allowing for greater shifts.

What do sessions look like?

1. Discuss goals and set intention

The session starts with a brief chat where I get to know your concerns and goals. This helps me customize the session to your needs. Then, you'll lie down fully clothed on a massage table and relax while I work on your energy.

2. Hands-on energy testing and balancing

Throughout the session, I check your energy systems as needed to identify any imbalances. I do this using energy testing, a simple technique that helps me see how well your energy is flowing and whether there are any blockages.

To bring your energy back into balance, I use gentle, hands-on techniques, either with light touch or by working within your energy field without direct contact. Sometimes, I may apply a bit more pressure if needed. Since our bodies are electromagnetic, my hands can naturally help restore balance in a safe and non-intrusive way.

3. Closing and homework

At the end of the session, I’ll share simple techniques you can practice at home to reinforce the work we’ve done and help maintain your energy balance.

How to prepare for the session?

Before your first session, you'll complete a digital Intake Form and an Informed Consent Form as part of the appointment scheduling process. The Intake Form includes a brief health history and gives you a chance to share your goals for our sessions.

What might I experience during the session?

Most clients leave feeling relaxed, energized, and calm, often noticing relief from pain or discomfort.

You may experience tingling, warmth, sighs, yawns, or slight aches—all signs of energy shifting and healing. Or, you might not feel anything at all, which is normal too.

Occasionally, mild discomfort can arise, especially with larger energy imbalances, but it usually passes quickly and isn’t a cause for concern.

Everyone’s experience is different—if anything feels off, just let me know, and I’ll adjust to ensure you’re comfortable.

How many sessions are recommended?

If you aim for substantial progress and more profound shifts, I recommend a series of at least 3 sessions. Of course, I understand that not everyone needs multiple sessions immediately. A single session can also provide noticeable benefits. How many sessions you need depends on the nature of your concerns, the depth of the issue, and your goals.

The frequency of your sessions is entirely up to you. Whether you prefer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions, I'll work together to create a schedule that suits your needs.
